The Celerio ZXI CNG 2020 model is a popular choice for those looking for an efficient and practical car. This car is also known by its “Tour H2” or “Touristo” sticker. Let’s explore its features, specifications, and what it offers.

Price and Warranty

The on-road price for this Celerio ZXI CNG model is approximately 5,70,000. For your peace of mind, the company provides a warranty of 2 years or 40,000 kilometers, whichever comes first.

Engine and Performance

Under the hood, the Celerio ZXI CNG features a 998cc, 3-cylinder petrol engine. This engine delivers 59 BHP of power and 90 Nm of torque. The car is available with a 5-speed manual transmission. It also comes in both manual and automatic transmission options in different variants, and can run on both CNG and petrol fuel.

Exterior Design

The front of the Celerio ZXI CNG has a sleek look with a chrome grille and the Suzuki logo in the center. It comes with halogen headlamps that include integrated turn indicators. While space for fog lamps is provided, they are not company-fitted and can be installed aftermarket.

Looking at the side, you will notice a “ZXI Super” CNG sticker. The car rides on 13-inch steel wheels; wheel caps can be added later as an accessory. The side indicators are placed on the fender. It features black colored ORVMs (Outside Rear View Mirrors) which are manually adjustable. The door handles are also black, not body-colored in this particular variant.

The rear of the Celerio ZXI CNG features a “Touristo” or “Tour H2” badging sticker and the Suzuki logo. It has an external boot lid opener and a high-mounted stop lamp. There are two rear parking sensors for easier parking. The CNG sticker is also visible at the back.

Interior Comfort and Features

Step inside the Celerio ZXI CNG, and you’ll find a black and beige dual-tone interior. The front seats are manually adjustable but do not offer height adjustment or separate headrests.

The dashboard includes an instrument cluster with a speedometer, tachometer, and an MID (Multi-Information Display) screen. A clock is also present. For safety, the car is equipped with 1 airbag. The steering wheel does not have audio controls, but it features controls for wipers on the right side.

Convenience features include a converter switch to easily switch between CNG and petrol mode. There are two AC vents in the center and a hazard light button. While there is a placement for an infotainment system, it needs to be installed aftermarket. Manual AC controls are standard. Power window controls are available for the front doors, with dummy switches for the rear. The glove box offers six storage compartments.

Space and Utility

The rear seats offer comfortable space with integrated headrests. Similar to the front, the rear door trims also have space for speakers. This Celerio model does not come with a parcel tray. The boot space is 235 liters, which accommodates the 10 kg capacity CNG cylinder (liquid type). The boot can only be opened from the outside, not from inside the cabin.

Dimensions

The Celerio ZXI CNG has a length of 3695 mm, a width of 1600 mm, and a height of 1560 mm. The wheelbase measures 2425 mm, contributing to its stable ride.

Safety Features

Safety in the Celerio ZXI CNG is enhanced with several features. It includes ABS (Anti-lock Braking System), reverse parking sensors, a seat belt reminder, child safety locks, and an engine immobilizer. As mentioned, it comes with 1 airbag.
