The Hyundai Venue Knight Edition is a great choice if you are looking for a feature-loaded SUV. It falls within the price range of ₹7.94 lakh to ₹15 lakh. This article covers the details and specifications of the S Optional Night Edition of the Hyundai Venue, highlighting its unique features.

Striking Exterior Design

The Knight Edition stands out with its distinct styling.

  • Front Profile: The front grille features a gloss black finish. The car comes with projector LED automatic headlights and large DRLs that blink. Note that fog lamps are not available in any variant of this car. The ground clearance is around 195 mm. It also includes dual wipers and a plain roof with roof rails.
  • Side Profile: This edition features black 15-inch steel rims with matching wheel covers and eye-catching red brake calipers. The tires are 195/65 R15 radial. Black cladding runs along the side. The outside rearview mirrors (ORVMs) are in gloss black finish, include integrated indicators, and are electrically foldable. The A-pillar and roof rails are also finished in gloss black. While some exterior parts feature gloss black accents, the entire car is not black like other “dark edition” models. Door handles match the body color, and the B-pillar has a matt black finish.
  • Rear Profile: At the rear, you’ll find connected LED backlights and a central shark-fin antenna. The dual-tone bumper includes two reverse parking sensors and a camera placement near the nameplate. Reverse lights and reflectors are located on the sides.

Smart Interior Features

Step inside the Venue Knight Edition and experience a modern, all-black cabin.

  • Dashboard & Seating: The dashboard is entirely black, giving a premium feel, complemented by a black roof. Yellow roof lights are provided. The seats are fabric with a slight leather touch on the sides. They offer height adjustment and recline options. In the rear, there are three adjustable headrests, and the rear seats can recline one step for added comfort during travel.
  • Connectivity & Controls: The car is equipped with an 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system that supports Android Auto, Apple CarPlay, USB, and Aux connectivity. Below the screen, you’ll find manual AC controls, a rear defogger switch, and AC on/off buttons. For charging, there’s a 12V outlet, along with Type-A and Type-C USB ports. The instrument cluster is fully digital, displaying speed, RPM, drive information (trip, average mileage, range, audio, TPMS), and other crucial data. It also indicates tire pressure warnings.
  • Convenience & Safety: Other interior features include a 5-speed manual transmission, two cup holders, a manual handbrake, and an armrest with storage. The glove box offers decent space but is not cooled. A notable feature is the dash camera, which records both the front view and inside the cabin, providing helpful footage. The driver’s sun visor includes a ticket holder, while the co-driver’s side has a vanity mirror.
