The Tata Punch base model starts from ₹6,10,000 (ex-showroom). The Adventure Rhythm variant is priced at ₹7,35,000 (ex-showroom) and costs around ₹8,32,000 on-road in Lucknow.

This variant is showcased in a Tropical Mist color. Other color options for the Tata Punch include White, Grey, and for top models, Blue and Red.

Robust Exterior Design

The front profile of the Tata Punch features a prominent Tata logo on a gloss black grille with a tri-arrow design pattern. The lower grille is in matte black with a similar tri-arrow pattern. For lower variants, parking lights are placed where DRLs would be in top models, alongside indicators. The headlights are normal halogen units. There’s also a housing for fog lamps, which can be installed later, and a tow hook option in the bumper.

The Tata Punch offers a ground clearance of 187 mm. It comes with a dual wiper and washer system and a plain roof. Top models, however, offer a dual-tone roof option.

From the side, the Adventure Rhythm variant features 15-inch steel wheels with black wheel covers. The tires have a profile of 185/70 R15. Black body cladding runs along the side. The outside rearview mirrors (ORVMs) are electrically adjustable and include indicator lights. The A-pillar is body-colored, while the B-pillar and door handles are in a matte black finish.

Moving to the rear, the Adventure Rhythm variant includes a reverse parking camera located below the Tata logo, part of the Rhythm pack. The car sports ‘Punch’ badging. This variant does not have a rear wiper or defogger. It features a high-mount stop lamp and a power antenna. The tail lamps are normal halogen bulbs. The rear bumper is all black, housing two reverse parking sensors, a white license plate light, and a reflector with a tri-arrow design. A tow hook option is also present.

Comfortable and Feature-Rich Interior

The doors of the Tata Punch open up to 90 degrees, allowing easy entry and exit. The door trims include power window controls, a door opener, a speaker, a bottle holder, and an umbrella holder. The car features fabric seats and a dual-tone dashboard design.

Inside, there is ample legroom and thigh support. The rear cabin includes a parcel tray and fixed headrests; only top variants offer retractable headrests. There are no rear AC vents in this variant. The car comes standard with two airbags, while EV variants offer six airbags.

The driver’s side features controls for all four power windows and ORVM adjustment controls. The fabric seats in this variant offer a recline function but no height adjustment. A fuel lid opener is located on the floor. The pedals include ABC pedals and a dead pedal, along with buttons for two drive modes and an idle start/stop system.

The digital instrument cluster displays RPM, fuel gauge, temperature, digital speed, trip information, average mileage, and range. A toggle button allows switching between different information displays. The steering wheel, adorned with the Tata logo, includes controls for telephony and infotainment on the left side. It is tilt-adjustable but lacks mount controls on the right side. Manual controls for headlights and wipers are also present.

The center console features a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system, powered by Harman. It offers connectivity for Android Auto, Apple CarPlay, and includes USB and Aux inputs. A reverse parking camera is also integrated, providing clear visuals when reversing. Below the screen are the hazard light switch and manual AC controls for fan speed, temperature, and airflow. The console also includes a Type-A USB port, a 12V charging outlet, and storage space.

The Tata Punch Adventure Rhythm comes with a 5-speed manual transmission, with an automatic option available in other variants. The cabin also features two glass holders and a manual handbrake. Other interior amenities include a sun visor with a ticket holder, a yellow roof light, a microphone, a vanity mirror, and a normal glove box (not cooled) with a tablet holder.
