Muscular Exterior Design

The front of the Tata Nexon Smart Plus looks very muscular and strong. It features the Tata logo in the center and a full front grille with a glossy black finish. The indicators and DRLs (Daytime Running Lights) are placed on the front, which can also function as hazard lights. The vehicle is equipped with an LED headlamp setup, but this variant does not include fog lamps. The lower grille comes in a matt black color.

Below the grille, the front engine area is openly visible. The ground clearance of 208 mm is perfect for an SUV. The vehicle features dual wipers and washers. The roof is plain; however, a sunroof option is available in the higher Smart Plus S variant.

Stylish Side Profile

The Tata Nexon Smart Plus comes with a warranty of 3 years or 100,000 kilometers, which can be extended for an extra charge. All models, from base to top, come with large 16-inch steel rims. Top models have alloy wheels, but the tire profile remains the same. The tires are 195/60R 16 inches. The front wheels have disc brakes, while the rear wheels have drum brakes. Wheel covers are also included.

The vehicle features black body cladding along the sides. The ORVMs (Outside Rear View Mirrors) are electrically adjustable but do not automatically fold with the lock/unlock function. Indicators are integrated into the ORVMs. The A-pillar is body-colored, and the B-pillars are black. The door handles are in a matt black finish.

Functional Rear Design

The rear of the Tata Nexon Smart Plus features LED backlights, with only a specific part illuminating. The Tata logo is centrally placed, along with the “Nexon” badge. The LED backlights also house the turn indicators. This Smart Plus variant does not include a rear wiper or defogger. A small high-mount stop lamp is present above the logo, integrated into the spoiler. A power antenna is also installed.

The rear bumper has a dual-tone finish and includes two ultrasonic parking sensors. Reflectors and reverse lights are placed in the bumper. The rear suspension setup is visible, and the exhaust pipe is located on the right side.

Convenient Boot Space and Fueling

The rear seats can be folded down as a single unit to increase luggage space. Hooks with a 3 kg capacity are provided for securing items. There is no boot light in this variant. The spare tire is a 15-inch wheel, one size smaller than the main tires, and the toolkit is stored underneath it. CNG variants feature twin cylinders placed below the boot floor.

The fuel cap is opened via a lever inside the car. The petrol tank has a capacity of 44 liters. Diesel variants also have their respective fueling options.
