Exterior Highlights

The Tata Punch PURE model has a muscular design.

  • Ground Clearance: The ground clearance has been increased to 193 mm, up from 187 mm, helping it handle rough roads better.
  • Side Profile: The car comes with dual wipers and washers. The roof is plain, but higher variants offer a dual-tone roof or sunroof.
  • Wheels: It has 15-inch black steel wheels with a tire profile of 185/70 R15 radial tires. It includes disc brakes at the front and drum brakes at the rear. Matte black cladding runs along the side.

  • Rear View: The rear features the Tata logo and ‘Punch’ badging. This second-base model also includes a rear defogger and a high-mount stop lamp. The bumper is dual-tone and has two ultrasonic parking sensors and a reverse light. A silver skid plate adds to its sporty look.

Interior Comfort and Design

The interior of the Tata Punch PURE is dual-tone.

  • Dashboard: The dashboard has a simple layout. While speakers are present in the doors, a touchscreen audio system is not included in this variant. However, you can add a 9-inch touchscreen and reverse parking camera as an accessory for about ₹26,000. Once installed, the steering-mounted controls for infotainment will work.
  • Seating: The seats are made of fabric in a grey color. Rear AC vents are provided for back passengers. There’s good legroom, knee room, and headroom, making it comfortable for passengers. The rear floor is mostly flat, allowing three people to sit comfortably. The rear seats are 100% foldable.
  • Storage and Convenience: The car has a 37-liter fuel tank capacity. The glove box includes a tablet holder and space for documents. It also offers bottle holders and an umbrella holder in the doors. A type-C USB port (15W) and a 12V charging outlet are available at the front. The manual handbrake is positioned between two cup holders. A slideable armrest with storage is also present.
  • Steering and Controls: The steering wheel features an illuminated logo and is tilt-adjustable. It has controls for infotainment, but these become active only after a touchscreen is installed. The instrument cluster is fully digital, showing RPM, speed, mileage, range, fuel level, and temperature. Manual controls are available for headlamps and wipers.
  • Key: It comes with a flip remote central locking key with unlock, lock, and headlight buttons, plus a regular physical key.

Boot Space and Spare Wheel

The Tata Punch offers a generous 366 liters of boot space. The PURE variant does not come with a parcel tray, but it can be added as an accessory. Lower variants (SMART and PURE) do not include a spare wheel; instead, a puncture repair kit with an inflator and liquid is provided.

Engine and Performance
