The Nissan Gravite comes in four variants. The base model is named Via. Following this is the second-base model, Attenta. The range continues with the Enta, then the CTA, and finally, the top model is called TNA. The Attenta variant is priced at ₹6,69,000 ex-showroom.

Exterior Design & Key Features

The Nissan Gravite’s exterior showcases a modern and sporty design, packed with practical features for everyday use.

Front Profile

The front of the Nissan Gravite features a glossy black grille with a prominent Nissan logo in the center. A grey finish strip accents the top of the grille. The car comes with manual projector headlights that have a yellow light setup. These headlights also house the indicators and parking lights. The lower grille is black. While there are housings for sensors, actual sensors are found only in the top model. A silver skid plate below adds to its sporty look. The ground clearance is a generous 182 mm. A “Gravite” badge is also visible on the hood. The car is equipped with dual wipers and washers, and a power antenna is located on the plain roof.

Side Profile

From the side, the Nissan Gravite rides on 14-inch steel wheels fitted with wheel covers. The front wheels have disc brakes, while the rear wheels use drum brakes. The tire section is 165/80R 14-inch radial. Black cladding is present on the fender. The ORVMs (Outside Rear View Mirrors) are glossy black, and they are manually adjustable and foldable. The A and B pillars are in body color or black. The door handles are finished in glossy black. The overall dimensions of the Nissan Gravite include a length of 3987 mm, a width of 1734 mm, and a height of 1643 mm. The wheelbase is 2636 mm, offering good stability for its segment. The car comes with a 3-year or 100,000 km warranty, which can be extended.

Rear Design

The rear profile of the Nissan Gravite bears a resemblance to the Renault Triber. It features the Nissan logo in the center, flanked by a silver finish strip. A high-mount stop lamp is integrated into the roof. This second-base model does not include a rear wiper or defogger. A large “Gravite” badge is prominently placed. The car has normal halogen tail lights, which also house the turn signals and reverse lights. The bumper is finished in matt black and includes three reverse parking sensors. A silver skid plate is also present at the bottom of the rear bumper.

Boot Space Versatility

The Nissan Gravite offers flexible boot space options. With all seven seats in use, the boot space is approximately 100 liters. When the third-row seats are folded down, the luggage capacity significantly expands to 625 liters. The third-row seats can also be completely removed to maximize cargo space if only five people are traveling. The spare wheel, a normal steel rim, is located underneath the car.

Spacious Interior & Comfort

The interior of the Nissan Gravite is designed for comfort and practicality, especially for a 7-seater in its price range.

Third-Row Seating

Accessing the third row is easy, as the second-row seats can be folded forward. Once inside, passengers will find a roof light and, notably, AC vents for the last row, a feature not commonly found in all SUVs. Small storage spaces are available for coins. Grab handles are also provided. Legroom in the third row is comfortable for children. For adults, if the second-row seats are not reclined, legroom is manageable, but it may become tighter if reclined. The thigh support is average. The last row includes two adjustable headrests and seatbelt points.

Second-Row Comfort

The second row offers a good view of the dual-tone dashboard. AC vents are smartly integrated into the pillars, providing effective cooling. The fabric seats can be slid forward or backward and can also be reclined for better comfort. This adjustability allows for excellent legroom and knee room. Thigh support is also good. The floor has only a slight hump. Headroom in the second row is ample. An additional feature in the second row is the ability to control the AC fan speed from here. Storage space is also provided. Child locks are present on the rear doors for safety.

Driver’s Cockpit & Infotainment

The large door size ensures easy entry and exit for the driver. Front doors feature power window controls, while the rear doors have manual window winders. The interior has black door openers, speakers, and bottle holders. The driver’s cabin features a fully digital instrument cluster. The steering wheel carries the Nissan logo and includes controls for the touchscreen. It is tilt-adjustable for driver comfort. Headlamp and wiper controls are manual. The digital cluster displays RPM, speed, trip A/B, mileage, range, audio information, and tire pressure (TPMS). Fuel and temperature information are also shown. ORVMs are manually adjustable.

An 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system is present, which turns on when the car starts. It supports Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, along with USB connectivity. While it has reverse parking sensors (audible beeps), a reverse camera is not included but can be installed as an accessory. The center console includes hazard light and lock/unlock switches, along with traction control. A manual AC system allows control over fan speed, temperature, and air flow. Below the AC controls, there’s space for mobile phones and a Type-A USB port. While it has a 12V charging outlet, it is for mobile charging only. More storage is available near the 5-speed manual transmission (an automatic option is also available). Two cup holders and additional storage spaces are provided. There is no armrest, but the manual handbrake is easily accessible. The glove box is deep, offering ample storage for documents and other items. The normal IRVM and a white LED roof light are present. The driver’s sun visor includes a ticket holder, while the co-driver’s does not.
