The B-pillar has a matt black finish, complemented by black roof rails and a shark-fin antenna at the rear.
The rear profile features connected LED tail lights. The Tata logo is centered above a reverse parking camera. “Nexon” and “iCNG” badges are also visible. Turn indicators are integrated into the tail lights. The rear wiper is cleverly hidden, and an integrated spoiler enhances the look. Reflectors and reverse lights are found in the bumper, along with two ultrasonic rear parking sensors. The spare tire is a normal steel wheel, placed underneath the car, which is standard for the CNG variant.

The interior of the Dark Edition is completely black. The door trims also feature a black color scheme, with power window controls, handles, a glossy black door opener, speakers, and bottle holders. The car comes with all leatherette seats; the front two are ventilated, while the rear seats are standard. The driver’s seat also includes height adjustment and recline options.

Powerful and Versatile Engine Options
The Tata Nexon is offered with a range of engine options: petrol, diesel, CNG, and electric, a unique offering in its segment. The variant shown here is powered by a 1.2-liter, 3-cylinder Revotron turbo-charged petrol engine. Notably, it’s the only vehicle in its segment to offer a turbo engine with a CNG option. The bonnet is well-insulated.
When running on petrol, this engine produces 118 BHP of power and 170 Nm of torque, delivering a mileage of up to 19 km/l. When switched to CNG, the power output is 99 BHP, with the same 170 Nm of torque. The CNG mileage is an impressive 26 km/kg.
For those preferring diesel, a 1.5-liter, 4-cylinder Revotorq diesel engine is available. This engine generates around 114 BHP of power and 260 Nm of torque, offering a mileage of over 20 km/l.
Smart Storage and Utility
The Tata Nexon offers a standard boot space of 384 liters when not equipped with CNG tanks. In the CNG variant, two 30 kg twin cylinders are placed in the boot, which reduces the usable space to approximately 200-300 liters. Despite this, the boot still offers practical space for luggage, along with a boot light and hooks. The rear seats feature a 60-40 split function, allowing for flexible cargo and passenger arrangements. A 12V charging outlet is also provided in the boot area, and a toolkit is included.
