Key Exterior Features

The Nexon Pure Plus comes equipped with practical and stylish exterior features. You get a remote central locking key, bright LED headlamps, and indicators that serve a dual purpose. The lower front grille has a matte black finish, and the entire LED headlamp setup looks modern.

For added convenience, the car offers 208 mm of ground clearance. It rides on 16-inch wheels, with disc brakes at the front and drum brakes at the rear. The ORVMs (Outside Rear View Mirrors) are auto-foldable and include integrated turn indicators. The A-pillar and B-pillar feature a black and matte black finish, respectively. Roof rails and side body cladding add to its rugged SUV appearance.

At the rear, the Nexon Pure Plus features partially illuminating taillights, a central Tata logo, and a reverse parking camera. You’ll also find Nexon badging, a shark fin antenna, and an integrated spoiler. Two ultrasonic parking sensors are included for easier parking.

The boot offers a generous 382 liters of space. The rear seats can be folded, and adjustable headrests are provided for comfort. There’s even a hook to hang up to 3 kg of items. The seats are fabric (seat covers are available as accessories). Rear passengers get AC vents, but there are no USB or 12V charging outlets in the back.

The driver’s seat offers height adjustment and recline options. The steering wheel is a flat-bottom design and is tilt-adjustable. It has controls for infotainment and the MID (Multi-Information Display). The instrument cluster is a fully digital unit, showing RPM, digital speed, fuel level, range, mileage, and audio information. Manual headlamps are standard, while higher variants offer automatic ones.

A 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system dominates the center console. It supports Android Auto, Apple CarPlay, USB, and Aux connectivity. A clear reverse parking camera display is integrated into the screen (a 360-degree camera is available in higher variants). The AC system is manual, with controls for fan speed, temperature, and airflow. Other features include a hazard light switch, an internal boot unlock button, a 12V charging outlet, and a Type-A USB port.

The car features a six-speed manual transmission. You can select between three drive modes: City, Eco, and Sport, to suit your driving style. A manual handbrake, a slidable storage space with cup holders, and an armrest with internal storage are also present. The glove box is deep and includes two glass holders. The IRVM (Inside Rear View Mirror) is manually adjustable, and the cabin lights are white LED. A vanity mirror is provided for the co-driver, and a ticket holder for the driver.

The Tata Nexon is renowned for its safety, boasting a 5-star rating from Global NCAP. This makes it a very safe car to drive. Standard safety features include:
