Nissan Magnite CNG: Price, Features, and Mileage Overview
The popular Nissan Magnite now comes with a new factory-fitted CNG option. This means buyers can enjoy the benefits of CNG fuel with the trusted Magnite. This new variant is fully government-approved, ensuring peace of mind and full warranty support.
Nissan Magnite CNG: A New Fuel Option
Previously, the Nissan Magnite was only available with a petrol engine. Now, with the launch of the CNG variant, customers have an additional fuel choice. This factory-fitted CNG option is government-approved, meaning your car’s warranty will not be affected.
Affordable CNG Variant Pricing
Choosing the CNG option for your Nissan Magnite is an affordable upgrade. The base model of the standard Magnite starts at around ₹6,14,000. If you choose the base model with CNG, you will pay an extra ₹75,000. This makes the Magnite CNG a cost-effective choice compared to aftermarket CNG kits, which can also cost around ₹60,000-₹65,000 and might not be authorized or covered by warranty.
For example, the Magnite Techna petrol variant costs around ₹8,92,000 (ex-showroom) and ₹10,53,000 (on-road). For the Magnite Techna CNG, you would add ₹75,000 to this price. You can also opt to remove extended warranty and accessory charges to adjust the final cost. Financing options are available, with an EMI of about ₹10,100-₹10,200 for a ₹5 lakh loan over 5 years.
Smart CNG Tank Design and Boot Space
The Nissan Magnite CNG comes with a 60-liter liquid capacity tank, which can hold up to 10 kg of CNG. This tank is placed in the boot. Even with the CNG tank installed, the Magnite still offers around 200 liters of usable boot space, enough for small items. The spare tire is a 14-inch steel wheel, located with the jack and toolkit under the boot floor. CNG filling is done from the front under the bonnet, not through the regular fuel flap.
Eye-Catching Exterior Features
The Nissan Magnite CNG looks largely the same as its petrol siblings, with the main change being the added CNG kit.
- Front Profile: It features a dominating front grill with the Nissan logo. A 360-degree camera is placed at the front. Chrome detailing adds to its premium look. Automatic LED headlamps offer good visibility at night, with indicators integrated. L-shaped DRLs are positioned lower down. The lower grill and a silver-finished skid plate are also present. White LED fog lamps and a towing option are included.
