The Creta offers a wide price range to suit different needs. The base model starts at an ex-showroom price of ₹9.99 Lakh. The top-tier SX Optional variant can go up to approximately ₹24-25 Lakh on-road in Lucknow.

Engine and Performance Options
Customers can choose between both Diesel and Petrol engine options. Both engines are available with either Manual or Automatic transmission choices.
The 1.5-liter MPI Petrol engine delivers 115 PS of power and 144 Nm of torque, offering a mileage of around 17 kmpl. For those preferring diesel, the 1.5-liter CRDi Diesel engine provides 116 PS of power and 250 Nm of torque, with an impressive mileage of 20-22 kmpl.
The S Optional Automatic variant, equipped with an IVT automatic transmission, includes paddle shifters for a more engaging drive. This specific variant is priced at ₹15.22 Lakh (ex-showroom) and ₹18.03 Lakh (on-road Lucknow). The manual S Optional variant is approximately ₹16.06 Lakh (on-road).
Bold Exterior Design
The new Creta features a striking exterior design. The front boasts a large grille and connected Daytime Running Lights (DRLs) with integrated indicators. Automatic LED headlamps complete the front lighting setup. The lower grille is blacked out, and a muscular grey skid plate adds to its robust look. An engine guard is also present for protection.
From the rear, the connected taillamps are a standout feature. The overall front and rear design of the vehicle have been completely updated from the previous generation. Other rear features include a reverse parking camera, rear wiper, defogger, high-mount stop lamp, spoiler, shark fin antenna, and a large Creta badging on the left side. The rear bumper includes reflectors and four reverse parking sensors.
The S Optional variant features 17-inch black alloy wheels. For improved braking, the vehicle comes with disc brakes on all four wheels. Body cladding extends from the rear to the front, adding to its SUV appeal. The ground clearance has been increased to 200 mm, up from the previous 190 mm. Other exterior details include dual wipers and washers, panoramic sunroof, and roof rails. The smart key allows for easy lock, unlock, and boot unlock functions.
Spacious and Feature-Rich Interior
Step inside the Creta to experience a premium and flat dashboard design. The S Optional variant features fabric seats, while top models offer leather seats with ventilation, height adjustment, and recline options. The driver’s door includes a request sensor. The door trims are dual-tone, in black and grey, and include controls for all four power windows, central locking, and electrically adjustable and foldable ORVMs. Sun curtains are also provided for rear passengers.
The cabin is designed for comfort and convenience. Rear passengers benefit from two AC vents and two Type-C USB charging ports. Legroom, knee-room, and thigh support are excellent for this segment. There are two adjustable rear headrests and three seatbelt points. A parcel tray is available for small items. The boot space is generous for the segment, and the rear seats offer a 60:40 split-fold option. A normal 16-inch steel spare wheel is provided, along with a jack and tool kit.
The dashboard integrates an 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Android Auto, Apple CarPlay, and USB connectivity. A digital instrument cluster displays current trip information, drive assistance details, service intervals, fuel economy, and TPMS (Tyre Pressure Monitoring System).
The Creta offers a dual-zone automatic climate control system, allowing both driver and passenger to set their preferred temperatures. Below the AC controls, there’s a 12V charging outlet, Type-C and Type-A USB ports, and a space for phone storage. The center console includes an electronic parking brake, auto-hold function, drive modes, traction control, and two cup holders. A cooled glovebox is also available to keep items chilled.
The interior is illuminated with white LED lights. The driver’s side sun visor has a ticket holder, and there’s a sunglass holder. The passenger side sun visor includes a vanity mirror. The panoramic sunroof is a standout feature, offering a large view and one-touch open/close functionality. The IRVM is manually adjustable.
