The Hyundai Creta stands out as a fully feature-loaded compact SUV. Today, we’re looking at the Creta SX Adventure Edition, available in SX and S Optional variants. This special edition comes only with a petrol engine. The regular Creta also offers a diesel engine choice.

Eye-Catching Exterior Design

This car looks powerful, especially in black. The front boasts a broad engine hood and a large engine guard. It features a strong front engine and suspension setup. The ground clearance is 190 millimeters. You’ll find a dual wiper and washer system, a panoramic sunroof, and roof rails.

From the side, the Creta Adventure Edition looks equally impressive. It features unique elements like large red brake calipers and different alloy wheels compared to the regular Creta. The dimensions are approximately 4300 mm in length, 1790 mm in width, and 1635 mm in height. It rides on large 17-inch black-out alloy wheels with a black finish. The black cladding around the wheels adds to its rugged look. You’ll also see “Adventure” badging. The side mirrors are auto-foldable and have integrated indicators. The petrol variant has a 50-liter fuel tank capacity. For safety, it includes all four-wheel disc brakes as a standard feature, along with TPMS and six airbags.

The rear profile of the car also looks powerful. When the LED tail lights are on, it looks even better. Features include a high-mount stop lamp, SX variant badging, and four reverse parking sensors in the bumper. There’s also a reverse light, reflector, a tow hook option, a skid plate, and an exhaust pipe. The boot offers a large 433 liters of space, complete with a boot light and a hook. The rear seats can be folded in a 60:40 ratio for more cargo room. The spare wheel is a 16-inch normal steel wheel, one size smaller than the main alloy wheels.

Powerful Engine Options

The Hyundai Creta Adventure Edition comes with a 1.5-liter, 4-cylinder MPi petrol engine. This engine produces 113 BHP of power and 144 Nm of torque, offering a mileage of around 17 kmpl.

If you choose the regular Creta, a 1.5-liter diesel engine option is also available. It delivers 113 BHP of power but with a higher torque of 250 Nm, providing a mileage of about 21 kmpl.

Premium Interior and Comfort

The interior of the Creta Adventure Edition features an all-black theme for the dashboard and doors. The doors have controls for all four power windows, lock/unlock buttons, and ORVM fold/unfold controls. The door opener has a silver finish, and there are tweeters, speakers, and bottle holders. The seats are height adjustable and can recline. This edition also features metal pedals.

The smart key allows for locking, unlocking, remote engine start, and boot unlock. Inside, the instrument cluster includes an RPM meter, a speedometer marked up to 240, fuel gauge, and temperature bars. The multi-information display (MID) screen shows details like mileage, compass, and TPMS readings. The steering wheel is leather-wrapped and tilt-adjustable. It has controls for cruise control, MID, telephony, infotainment, and voice commands. The car also features automatic headlamps and wiper controls.

The dashboard includes black finish AC vents with a khaki color surround. A large 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system supports Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. Other features include a hazard light switch, fully automatic climate control, a 12V charging outlet, two USB ports, and a wireless charging pad. It comes with a 6-speed manual transmission, with an automatic option also available. You’ll find two glass holders, a manual handbrake, and an armrest. The glove box is cooled. A dash camera offers both front and rear views, capturing footage inside and outside the car. The panoramic sunroof controls, white LED roof light, and a sunglass holder are also present.

In the rear, passengers benefit from rear AC vents, a phone holder, and a Type-C USB port. Seatback pockets provide additional storage. The cabin offers good legroom, kneeroom, and thigh support. The large panoramic sunroof provides an expansive view for all occupants. Two adjustable headrests and a rear armrest with two glass holders enhance comfort.

Safety and Pricing

The Hyundai Creta Adventure Edition comes with a 3-year unlimited kilometer warranty. It is available in various colors including Black, White, Silver, Grey, Red, Blue, and a unique Khaki Green specific to the Adventure variant.
