This feature-loaded hatchback car is available in four variants. The base model is called Era, followed by Magna, then Sport, and finally the top model, Asta. The Sport automatic variant comes with a flip remote central locking key, offering buttons for lock, unlock, and boot unlock.

Exterior Design and Features

At the front, the car features projector headlamps with indicators placed within them. Below, you will find “Trident design” Daytime Running Lights (DRLs). The car’s length has increased, giving it a more extended look.

From the side, the car is equipped with 15-inch stylish steel wheels, which are actually normal steel wheels with a stylish cover. The tyres have a profile of 175/60 R15. The Sport automatic variant proudly displays “Smart Order” badging. The outside rearview mirrors (ORVMs) are electric, foldable, and adjustable, with integrated indicators that blink when you lock or unlock the car. The A-pillar is body-colored, and the door handles also match the body color. Accessories like door visors and door guards are available.

The car measures 3815 mm in length, 1680 mm in width, and 1520 mm in height. It has a wheelbase of 2450 mm.

At the rear, the car features connected backlights, though only specific LED parts light up. It includes turn indicators and reverse lights. A defogger is present, but this variant does not include a rear wiper. A high-mount stop lamp is also fitted. The bumper is dual-tone and includes two reverse parking sensors and reflectors. A black-colored skid plate is visible below, and the exhaust pipe is located on the right side. The car also features a shark fin antenna and a black-colored roof. Rear brakes are drum, while the front brakes are disc. The car comes with a 3-year or 1 lakh km warranty, which can be extended. It is available in many color options including White, Grey, Silver, Red, and Blue.

Interior Comfort and Technology

Inside, the car offers dual-tone door trims with power window controls, a door opener, a speaker, and a bottle holder on the doors. All seats are covered in fabric. The dashboard view from the rear shows a touchscreen and automatic climate control. Rear passengers benefit from AC vents, which are often not found in other cars in this segment. The interior feels roomy, providing good thigh support. The roof light is yellow. Grab handles are available, and there are two adjustable headrests that are standard from the base variant. The car also includes three-point seatbelts for safety, and the fabric seats are designed to accommodate three people comfortably.

The driver’s side features a height-adjustable seat and a fuel opener. In the automatic variant, the pedals include brake and accelerator. Blue lighting is visible, and there are switches for traction control and headlamp adjustment.

The instrument cluster includes an RPM meter and a speedometer with markings up to 220. It displays petrol and temperature bars. The multi-information display (MID) screen provides information such as Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS), user settings, drive info like trip distance, average mileage, and range.

The steering wheel can be tilt-adjusted. The Sport automatic variant includes cruise control, MID controls, and controls for telephony and infotainment. The car also offers automatic headlamps and wiper controls. The dashboard maintains a dual-tone design.

A large 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system supports Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, along with voice commands. Below, there is a 12V charging outlet and both Type A and Type C USB ports, along with storage space. The automatic transmission is available with the petrol engine, while CNG variants come only with a manual transmission. The car has a handbrake and two glass holders.

Safety is enhanced with six airbags, located in front for the passenger and driver, in the front seats, and in the pillars. Additional storage space is provided on the passenger side. The glove box is not cooled. The inside rearview mirror (IRVM) is manually adjustable, and a mic is provided for communication. The sun visor on the driver’s side has a ticket holder, while the passenger side has a vanity mirror.

Boot Space and Fuel Efficiency

The car offers a spacious 260 liters of boot space. Items like a body cover and parcel tray are included, with the parcel tray being removable. A normal steel rim spare wheel is placed below, along with a jack and tool kit. The rear seats are 100% foldable, providing more cargo room when needed. A boot light and a hand hook are also present. For CNG variants, a twin-cylinder setup still allows for a good amount of boot space. The car has a 37-liter petrol fuel tank capacity, with the fuel filler cap located at the rear. It delivers a mileage of approximately 20 kmpl.

Engine Performance and Pricing

This hatchback car comes with a 1.2-liter, four-cylinder Kappa petrol engine, which also supports a bi-fuel (petrol plus CNG) option. The engine produces 82 BHP of power and 113 Nm of torque. The engine is known for its refinement.

The Sport automatic petrol variant is priced at ₹8,93,000 ex-showroom and approximately ₹9,19,000 on-road in Lucknow. The Sport manual petrol variant costs ₹8,36,000 ex-showroom and around ₹8,91,000 on-road in Lucknow.

Advanced Safety Features

The car is equipped with a comprehensive list of safety features including Anti-lock Braking System (ABS) with Electronic Brakeforce Distribution (EBD), six airbags, reverse parking sensors, a reverse parking camera, a speed alert system, seatbelt warning, engine immobilizer, crash sensors, traction control, Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS), and Electronic Stability Program (ESP).
