Pricing Details

The Hyundai Aura 2023 starts its price range from ₹6.99 Lakh. The top variant is priced around ₹8.58 Lakh (ex-showroom). On-road prices for the top model can go up to approximately ₹9.20 Lakh. The total price difference from the previous model is about ₹15,000.

Exterior Design Changes

The 2023 Aura Facelift showcases several exterior updates. The front bumper has been redesigned, and the DRLs (Daytime Running Lights) now feature an inverted L-shape, a change from the previous boom-style DRLs. The Hyundai logo has a new grey finish. The car features a black finish grill and retains the projector headlamps. The ground clearance remains at 165 mm. Dual wipers and washing are also present.

The side profile of the car remains similar to before. Its dimensions include a length of 3995 mm, a width of 1680 mm, and a height of 1520 mm. The wheelbase is 2450 mm. The side mirrors are body-colored, with integrated indicators, and are electrically adjustable and foldable. A request sensor is provided for keyless entry.

At the rear, the LED tail lights are a notable change. The Hyundai logo and the Aura badging now come in a grey finish. A high-mount stop lamp is available. The rear bumper includes two parking sensors and a reverse parking camera.

Interior Comfort and Technology

Inside the Hyundai Aura 2023, you will find a refreshed and feature-rich cabin. The top variant offers six airbags, while the SX variant gets four airbags, and lower variants have two. Tyre Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) is a new addition. The dashboard features updated lighting.

The car includes Traction Control, a headlamp leveler, and an engine start/stop button. The AC vents have a glossy black finish with a brownish type of trim. The instrument cluster is new, displaying speedometer, temperature, fuel gauge, average mileage, door lights, and TPMS. The door panels have a dual-tone design, and all power window controls are conveniently placed. The seats, while fabric, feature an improved texture design, with some variants offering a leather touch. The driver’s seat is height adjustable. Rear passengers benefit from rear AC vents, a 12V charging socket, adjustable headrests, and an armrest. The cabin also includes an adjustable IRVM, cabin light, and a vanity mirror.

Engine and Performance

The Hyundai Aura 2023 offers a 1.2-liter Kappa Petrol Engine. This engine produces 83 BHP of power and 114 Nm of torque. It delivers a mileage of 20-21 kmpl.

For those seeking alternative fuel options, a CNG variant is available. The CNG engine produces 69 BHP of power and 95-96 Nm of torque, offering an impressive mileage of around 28 kmpl. The CNG option is only available with a manual transmission. Both petrol and CNG engines are BS6 Phase 2 compliant.

Advanced Safety Features

Safety is a key highlight in the new Aura. The top variant is equipped with six airbags, while other variants offer two or four airbags. Standard safety features include Traction Control, Vehicle Stability Management (VSM), and Electronic Stability Control (ESC). Tyre Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) enhances tire safety. For parking assistance, the car features reverse parking sensors and a reverse parking camera.

Practicality and Storage

The Hyundai Aura 2023 offers a practical boot space of 402 liters. For the CNG variant, the boot space is approximately 200 liters due to the placement of the CNG tank. A spare wheel and tool kit are conveniently located beneath the boot floor.
