If you are looking for a good car in the price range of 7 to 10 lakh, this vehicle could be a great choice. It offers a blend of features, style, and safety, making it a strong contender in its segment.

Price and Variants

The starting price for this car is around 5 lakh 99 thousand. The top model’s on-road price in Lucknow goes up to around 7 lakh 19 thousand to 8 lakh 15 thousand.

This car comes in several variants: Pure, Adventure, Accomplished, and Creative. The Adventure variant is a popular choice, offering many essential features within a good budget.

Engine and Fuel Options

Currently, this car is available with a petrol engine only. However, in the near future, it will also feature iCNG technology.

The engine is a 1.2-liter, 3-cylinder petrol unit. It produces 86 PS of power and 113 Nm of torque. This car offers a mileage of about 19 kilometers per liter. You can choose between a manual or an automatic gearbox. The automatic option is available in all variants except the base model.

Dimensions and Ground Clearance

This vehicle measures 3827 mm in length, 1742 mm in width, and 1615 mm in height. It has a wheelbase of 2445 mm. The car boasts a good ground clearance of 187 mm, which is useful for different road conditions.

Exterior Design

The car’s key has a remote central locking feature, while a second key is manual. You can find this car in various colors: White, Grey, Tropical Mist, and Orange. Upper variants also offer Blue and Red options.

At the front, the car features a glossy black front grille with the Tata logo at its center. It has a Tri-Arrow design, yellow parking lights (DRLs in top models), and side indicators. The headlamps are halogen-based. While fog lamps are not standard, housing is provided if you wish to install them later. The lower grille is black with a Tri-Arrow design.

From the side, the car looks muscular. The outside mirrors are body-colored with integrated indicators. They are electrically adjustable from inside the car. The car rides on 15-inch steel rims with wheel covers and 185/70 R15 tires. Black body cladding runs along the sides. The roof is plain, but a dual-tone roof option is available in the top model.

The fuel tank capacity is 37 liters.

At the rear, you will find a high-mount stop lamp. Top variants also get a rear wiper. It has the Tata logo and “Punch” badging. The rear bumper is black, with a Tri-Arrow design and reflectors on both sides. It includes two ultrasonic parking sensors and a reverse light.

Interior Comfort and Features

Inside, the car features comfortable fabric seats. The rear doors open wide at 90 degrees, making entry and exit easy. Rear passengers get power window controls, door openers, speakers, and bottle holders. The rear bench can comfortably seat two people, with space for a third person to adjust.

The dashboard has a dual-tone finish. The driver’s door panel houses controls for all four power windows and outside mirror adjustments.

The instrument cluster is analog, showing a speedometer, tachometer, fuel gauge, and temperature meter. A toggle allows you to view trip average, mileage, and range. The steering wheel features the Tata logo and controls for the audio system and calls. It is tilt-adjustable, allowing you to set it to your preferred position. Controls for wipers and headlamps are also on the steering column.

In the center console of the Adventure variant, there is a small audio system with Bluetooth, USB, and AUX connectivity. The AC vents have a glossy black finish. Manual AC controls are present. You’ll find a USB port and a 12-volt charging socket. It has a manual gear lever, but an automatic option is also available in higher variants. There’s a handbrake, cup holders, and a large glove box with a tablet holder.

On the passenger side, there’s an adjustable grab handle, a light, and a vanity mirror.

Boot Space

The car offers a spacious boot of 366 liters. It includes a parcel tray, a boot light, a puncture repair kit, and a spare wheel, providing ample space for luggage.

Safety and Warranty

Safety is a key highlight of this vehicle. It has a 5-star safety rating from Global NCAP. Standard safety features include ABS with EBD, dual airbags (from base to top variant), reverse parking sensors, a speed alert system, an engine immobilizer, and crash sensors.

The car comes with a standard warranty of 2 years or 75,000 kilometers, which can be extended up to 5 years for an additional charge.

This micro-SUV competes with vehicles like the Nissan Magnite and Renault Kiger, standing out with its robust build quality and comprehensive safety features.
