Price and Variants

The base model of the Hyundai Creta starts at around ₹1,000,000 (ex-showroom). The EX Diesel variant, which we are discussing, costs around ₹1,191,000 (ex-showroom). If you choose the EX Petrol variant, the price is approximately ₹1,320,000. There is usually a difference of about ₹1,80,000 to ₹1,82,000 between the diesel and petrol versions.

Front Profile Highlights

From the front, the Hyundai Creta looks very muscular and strong. It has a Hyundai logo in the center and a black front grille. The EX variant comes with a flip remote central locking key with buttons for lock, unlock, and boot lock. Daytime Running Lights (DRLs) are present, with indicators placed below them. Projector headlamps are also included. Fog lamps are not present, which is common in many Hyundai cars. The bumper features a tow hook option. A black lower grille and a gray finish skid plate are standard features. The Hyundai Creta offers a ground clearance of about 190 mm.

Side View and Wheels

Looking at the side, the Hyundai Creta features body-colored door handles and ORVMs. It comes with 16-inch steel wheels. Indicators are placed on the fender. Both front and rear wheels have disc brakes as a standard safety feature. The tires are radial with a profile of 205/65 R16. Black cladding is present along the side and at the bottom. The B-pillars are also black.

The fuel tank capacity is about 50 liters for the diesel variant. For diesel cars, an Add Blue (DEF) tank is also present, as it has become compulsory. This part will not be found in petrol variants.

Rear Design and Boot Space

The rear of the Hyundai Creta also looks very muscular. It features the Hyundai logo and connected LED taillights. Higher variants have an additional illuminated strip connecting the taillights, which is not present in the base models. There is no rear wiper or defogger. A high-mount stop lamp and a shark-fin antenna are included.

The rear features “CRTA” badging. There are four reverse parking sensors and reflectors on both sides. A gray finish skid plate gives it a muscular look. The reverse light is positioned in the center of the bumper. A tow hook option is available on the side. A reverse camera is not included in the EX variant but can be added as an accessory.

The boot space is 433 liters. There is no parcel tray in this variant. The rear seats offer a 60:40 split feature, allowing them to be folded for more space. Adjustable headrests are standard. A boot light is not included. A hook is provided for hanging items. The spare tire is a 16-inch unit of the same size, located under the boot floor along with the jack and tool kit.
